Who are we?
Focused Well-being Services (FWBS), disability support provider Ipswich was established in January 2020
and has been serving the community of Ipswich since then.

We have had many NDIS participants in Ipswich switch to our service and they have provided only positive feedback about us. When asked what they like about our service, their replies include great communication, compassionate support workers, a good matching process, always being available by phone, clear explanations, reliability, care, and more than just a support provider.
Hearing this feedback has motivated us to do more for the community in Ipswich and other areas we serve. We know that there are many people struggling to put food on the table or provide lunch for their children to go to school. Hence, Focused Well-being Services has started a Community Pantry to help these people.
We have all experienced hardship at some point in our lives, and knowing that there’s someone there for us can provide the strength to get up and fight again. At FWBS, we want to be that someone; we will do everything we can to ensure you get back up and achieve your goals, because this is who we are!
