We provide NDIS participants with support coordination services and carefully selected support workers to assist you at home and in the community.

Social and Community Activities
Supports for Social and Community Activities are key to the NDIS achieving its objective to support people with a disability to achieve independence, social and economic participation. Read more

NDIS participant will most likely be able to access funding through the NDIS for transport assistance if you cannot access public transport without difficulty due to your disability. Read more

Communication Counts
Consistent contact is a hall mark of FWBS. Our Director, Antoine Tron, is passionate about the happiness of our clients. He regularly connects with clients and their carers seeking feedback. This high level of engagement ensures a timely response to changing client needs with questions answered as they arise. Our extended office hours included Saturdays with calls out-of-hours returned within an hour. Be confident we can always be reached. Quality communication is a key value that sets us apart.
Hand-picked Support Workers
Our support workers are not drawn from a pool of existing employees. Rather, they are hand-picked based on their suitability for the client. Antoine personally conducts the initial consultation and meets with all stake holders involved to establish the client’s personality, interests and needs. He then presents the support worker of best fit. If the client feels comfortable a trial shift is undertaken to test for compatibility. If required, Antoine buddies the support worker and client during this trial. At FWBS the choice of support worker always remains the client’s.
FWBS support workers are known for their compassion, commitment, and respect. They are dedicated to the FWBS goal of a safe and happy client. In recognition of these valuable qualities, we pay our people above award rates. Antoine maintains supportive employee relationships. This ensures ongoing quality of care and longevity of service.
Our aim is to establish a model of service delivery that focuses on permanent casual teams dedicated to improving the quality of life of one participant per team. We believe that this will create stability and continuity of support for the participant, and security and predictability for support workers. It will also allow the establishment of positive working relationships between team members and with the participant.
